Core values are the fundamental, bedrock beliefs that drive a person or organization. Core values are those beliefs that are essential to uphold. During the school year, staff, parents and students considered core values through surveys and discussions. From that process the following core values emerged:

RESPONSIBILITY

ACHIEVEMENT

CARING

HONESTY

When a school adopts and upholds such core values, the school sends a powerful message to children (and adults) as to what we expect. We expect that student behavior be governed by these core values. We expect, as well, these values to be visible within the school and to guide day to day operation and long term decision making.
